Supplies Needed

You will need psp I'm using Version X2

Tubes of choice I am using the lovely art from Olivia you can purchase her tubesHere!

Please don't use her tubes without a license

Scrap kit is Called Spring Colors made by Tarmara from inspired dreams scraps you can purchase it fromHere!

Mask of choice

Font of choice i am using Artlookin

This Tutorial was written by Janene any resembalance to other tutorials are purely coincidental and unintended

Ok lets begin

Open new transparent image size 600 x 600

Copy and Paste you frame picture frame as a new layer resize as needed

click inside the first Square of the frame selections/modify/expand by 2

Copy and paste your first image/tube as a new layer resize and move it till you get the part in the frame you want

Selections/invert make sure you are on the tube layer in layer pallet

Hit delete on your key board

Do this with the other 2 squares in the frames adding a new raster layer each time

In layer pallet move all the tubes/images down under the frame

Copy and Paste the large flower frome the flower sticker as a new layer

Place behind the middle part of the frame move it up a bit

Duplicate x 2

Move these down a bit under the end parts of the frame

Copy and paste the flower 1 as a new layer place this on top of the larger flower

Erase any stem sticking out the other end

Duplicate x 2 flip both and place them in the middle of the other large flowers

add any of the elements that you wish

Apply a dropshadow to all

Layers/load save mask/load mask from disk

New raster layer move this to the bottom in your layer pallet

Flood fill with colour of choose i used #f784ad

Find your mask you choose to you i used 100maskkels WWA

Merge group

Apply your Text font i used was Artlookin size 72

With #f784ad in the foreground and #af63e1 in the background

apply your copyright and water make

Merge visable

Crop and save as a png
