Paste this as a new layer in you 600 x 600 image.

Image, resize 120% following the instructions below

Choose a paper, copy and paste this as a new layer and position above the flower layer

Select the circle frame and copy and paste as a new layer. Position over the paper layer

Using the magic wand, click inside the frame,

Go to selections, modify, expand by 25 pixels, Activate paper layer, invert, delete.

Select the bow you want to use, I chose the pink one, resizing it 80%, copy and paste it and position it above the frame layer.

Again, using the magic wand, activate the frame layer, click the area outside the frame, activate the bow layer and delete.

Copy your desired tube and paste as a new layer, place above the bow layer.

Select any other elements you want, resize and position them to your liking.

Dropshadow the frame, tube and elements using these settings
