Supplies Needed

You will need psp I'm using Version X

Plug-ins needed are Eye candy4000

Tube/s of choice

I am using Akira you can view the artHere!

Kit i used is by Alane Titled: Hello Baby you can purchase it fromHere!

Mask i have used is made by Cordelia you can find itHere! click on the scrap button

Font used Debussy you can download it fromHere!

This Tutorial was written by Janene any resembalance to other tutorials are purely coincidental and unintended

Ok lets begin

Open new transparent image size 600 x 600

Copy and Paste the blue frame resize and move it ove a little

Copy and paste the Pink framere size and move it up and over

have them so they are overlapping

Click on the blue frame with your magic wand

Make the Pink frame active in the layer pallet

Grab your eraser tool and erase the part were the two frames overlap at the top

select none

Add a dropshadow to both frames

Copy and paste your tubes as new Layers place as i have or were you like

Add a dropshadow of choice

Grab one of the papers resize and move it down to the bottom of the layer pallet

Layers/load mask/apply your mask

Copy merge

Effects/eyecandy4000/Corona with settings below

Add any elements you would like to use

Apply your font foreground set to #f293cc and Back ground to #849ded

Add your copyright and watermark

Resize by 80% all layers checked

merge visible and save as a png
