Supplies Needed

Paint Shop Pro - I am using version 9, others should work just as well

Tubes of choice

I'm using the awesome Art of Jamie Kidd which can be purchased Here!

Scrap Kit By Boundless Bliss: Girly Girl Which can be purchased Here!

Font of choice I am using 2 peas honeybee background and foreground # 6bb5c0

Lets Begin

Open a new 600 x 600 image and flood fill with white

Copy your paper and paste as a new layer. I have used BoundlessBliss_GirlyGirl_Paper02

Effects-Distortion effects-Wave-horizontal displacement Amplitude 4 Wavelength 10, vertical displacement Amplitude 4 Wavelength 10

Layers-load mask from disc. I have used WSL_Mask81 which can be downloaded from Here!

Add frame as a new layer, I have used this one from the scrap kit

BoundlessBliss_GirlyGirl_CardboardClusterFrame02,

Select 3 tubes from the same artist and resize to fit in the frame and position behind the frame. Once you are satisfied, merge these 3 tube layers.

Go to frame layer and select the Magic wand. Click in each frame, selections, modify expand by 7, selections invert, go to your tube layer and delete.

This will delete any un-needed portion that is showing around the frame.

Selections and invert again, add a new raster layer, position this layer under the tube layer, floodfill the selections with black, this is a background for the pictures.

Deselect

Add elements from scrap kit that you require, all on separate layers and position them as you desire.

Duplicate the BoundlessBliss_GirlyGirl_Cardboard_DoodleSwirl02,

Image – mirror, Image – flip, and position as you require

Drop Shadow all layers.

I have used Vertical and horizontal 4, Opacity 50, Blur 5

Add © details

Add your Name and rotate as before to fit on the BlankTag1

Dropshadow using the same settings as before

Merge visible and Save as a jpeg
