This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge of Psp
Supplies Needed
Animation shop
DSB bright noise.
Tube of choice
Background of choice or the one I made here,http://www.4shared.com/dir/7323708/3ccf049a/sharing.html
im using the awesome Art of Keith Garvey which can be purchased Here!
Fonts of choice
Lets Begin
open your background (if using your own size as required).
copy and paste your tube and place. Add a drop shadow, I used 3,3, 60, 10 and light grey.
Take your pen tool, line style diamond, width 4, create as vector, colour white. Draw a line from top to bottom of
your image and convert to raster. Duplicate and mirror the duplicate. Pen tool again and draw a shorter line about an inch
from the first. Again convert to raster, duplicate and mirror.
Eye out all layers apart from these 4 lines, make sure one of the lines is highlighted and merge visible.
Pen tool again, straightline style, colour black, width 4, create as vector
Draw a horizontal line between the 2 inner white linesconvert to raster add a drop shadow 1, 1, 60, 5. light grey. and
again with -1, -1, 60, 5.Duplicate this layer and move down as needed to cover a part of your tube.
New layer.
Selection tool rectangle, Draw a rectangle between your black lines, flood fill black. Effects, texture effects blinds
settings as shown,
and again but untick the horizontal box
Lower the opacity of this layer to suit ( mine was lowered to 70 %) and in the layer palette drop below your 2 black
line layers.
Font tool, background colour black (or to suit your tube) i used Matura MT script size 30, and type the word censored,
place to cover as needed and convert to raster.
Highlight the bottom layer in your layer palette (background) effects, distortion effects, polar coordinates, rectangular
to polar/ transparent and apply.
Select all, selections float, selections defloat, selection invert, Highlight your white lines layer and press delete. this
will remove any parts of your lines ourside the ellipse. Select none. I added the word Beauty between the lines but this is
optional. Add you copyright info and your name.
If you dont wish to animate, resize if desired and save as jpeg, you are done.
Animation.

Move your white diamond line layer to the top in the layer palette. Eye this layer out, highlight a lower layer and merge
visible. open the white line layer again and duplicate it twice.
Highlight your top line layer, adjust, add noise, these settings
Highlight your 2nd line layer and add noise again but change the percentage to 80
highlight your 3rd line layer abd add noise again but change the percentage to 90
Now add dsb bright noise to all 3 line layers, this setting
Highlight the bottom layer, eye out the 2 upper line layers and copy merged, paste as new animation in animation shop.
Back to psp, open the middle line layer and eye out the lower one, copy merged and paste into ani shop after current frame.
Back to psp eye out that line layer and open the top one, copy merged and paste into ani shop after current frame.
Edit, select all, animation, animation properties, opaque, colour white.
View animation and save as gif. you are done
