Supplies Needed
You will need psp I'm using Version X2 and Animation shop
Tube i have used is from Jose del Nido you can view the art Here!
Scrap kit of Choice or the one i used called forever made by Anne from Annie aka Annie'sDesign you can purchase it from Here!
Mask i used was WSL_mask10 can be downloaded from Here! Click on Navigate then downloads
Font i used is Bow font you can get it Here!
This Tutorial was written by Janene any resembalance to other tutorials are purely coincidental and unintended
Ok lets begin
Open new transparent image size 550 x 550
Flood fill with white
Open up your scrap kit choose a paper i used Paper6 from forever scrap kit
Copy and Paste a paper of choice or the one i used
Find your mask WSL_mask10
Merge group
Copy and Paste cirle wire frame
Move it up to the left corner a bit
Duplicate it and move this one down to the right corner
Copy and paste your tube resize if needed if using same one as me no need to
Place on the top frame
Duplicate and Mirror
Move this one down to the bottom frame
Make your top frame in your layer pallet active
Grab your magic wand and click in the centre of the frame
Slections/Modify/Expand by 2
Then using your Eraser tool erase any part of the tube at the bottom outside the matching ants
select none
Do the same with the bottom frame and tube
Add a Drop shadow to frames and tubes
Copy and Paste the flower in the centre of frames resize and rotate a little
In your layer pallet place it under the top tube and above the bottom one
Add Dropshadow
Copy and past any elements you want to used resize if needed and add dropshadow to all
Copy and paste the raindrops from scrap kit resize
Hide your tubes and flower layers
Then grab your eraser tool and eraser any rain drops in the frames
Unhide tubes and flower layers
Duplicate the raindrops x2 so you have 3 layers
On the bottom raindrop layer
Adjust/Add-remove noise/add noise set to uniform/ noise 25%
Click ok
On the middle layer add the noise again changing the % to 30
Then on the bottom one apply noise again this time change the % to 35
Apply your text I used the font called Bow size 150
Add copyright and watermark
Crop and resize
Hide Raindrops 2 and raindrops 3 copy merged
Paste into Animation shop as a new animation
Back in psp hide raindrops 1 and unhide raindrops 2
Copy merged back to A.S paste after current frame
Again back to psp hide raindrops 2 unhide raindrops 3
Copy merged back to A.S paste after Current frame
In Animation shop click on the first frame
Edit/Select all
Animation/animation properties with these setting
View if happy you can optimise and save
